mcw Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the mcw platform and all services included within it. By visiting the mcwapk.cam website, creating an account or using any service, you will automatically be considered to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. Users who are legally ineligible to use these services, or who are located in areas where such activities are not permitted, must refrain from using this platform.

mcw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.

1.1 Interpretation of Terms

In these Terms, "Platform" means the mcw website, app and all related services. "User" means any registered or unregistered person who accesses the Platform. "Account" means the user's personal registered profile.

1.2 Order of Priority

Separate terms may apply to specific games, tournaments or promotions. In such cases, those specific terms will take priority over the general Terms.

To create an account on mcw, users must provide accurate and complete information. A person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Registration Information

• A valid mobile number active in Bangladesh
• A valid email address
• Date of birth (confirming age is 21 or above)

2.2 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the mcw support team must be notified immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information accurate and up to date at all times. mcw will not be responsible for payment delays or account problems caused by outdated or incorrect information.

All mcw services are for users aged 21 or above only. Providing a false age at the time of account registration is strictly prohibited. mcw may request documents to verify age and identity at any time.

3.2 Verification Process

mcw conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures as required. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete. Information provided for verification is stored securely in accordance with mcw's Privacy Policy.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳25,000 in bets to be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be claimed once only
• One bonus applies per account
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• Voided or returned bets are not counted toward wagering calculations
• mcw reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of irregular or abusive bonus claiming

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The maximum rate is 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

mcw offers various gaming services including casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting. Specific rules apply to each game and betting market.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually for each game and market and are displayed in the game interface. mcw reserves the right to change betting limits in special circumstances.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a server outage, network issue or software error, mcw may void that round or offer a replay. In such cases, mcw's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

mcw reserves the right to change odds and markets in sports betting. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. Specific betting rules apply to cricket, football and other sports.

6.4 Betting History

All betting and gaming history is stored in the user's account. In the event of any dispute, mcw's server records will be considered the definitive source.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

7.1 Financial Misconduct

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Chargebacks or payment fraud
• Depositing using a third party's payment method
• Gambling with funds from credit cards or loans

7.2 Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Using risk-free betting methods to meet bonus wagering requirements
• Any strategy designed to exploit the bonus system

7.3 Technical Abuse

• Using automated bots or software to play
• Attempting to hack or modify game software
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform
• Unauthorised access to another user's account

mcw may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Failure to supply verification documents
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements

8.1 Closure at User Request

A user may also request closure of their own account. In that case, any eligible balance in the account will be withdrawn and bonus funds will be cancelled.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

mcw works to keep its services running without interruption, but is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet or network connection outages
• Losses caused by disruption to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers)
• Losses from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

9.1 Service Changes

mcw reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any game, market or service at any time. Advance notice may not always be possible.
